The accelerated marketing program is a 12 month partnership with done-for-you strategy and implementation. Starting with four 2 hour structured brainstorming sessions to create a marketing strategy. A strategy unique for you and your business.
The strategy will include:
A Business Plan with; a Business Profile, review of operations, HR and Financials, Policies and Procedures and Business goal setting
A Marketing Strategy; Savvy research – You, clients, products and services and competitors plus a SWOT Analysis. Dynamic strategy including marketing goals, branding and a digital strategy. Authentic campaigns incorporating messaging, project plans and funnel system.
An Implementation plan with resourcing, sales targets, Quadruple bottom lines and measurement. Created in Asana ready to go!
You will gain access to an implementation team, with up to 600 hours support over the year (50 per month) and regular progress reports. Your implementation team can assist with social media management, web updates, email management, graphic design and much more. Team members include a marketing strategist, online business manager and virtual marketing assistant.
You will also receive the Focused Marketing program of monthly 2 hour coaching sessions.
Your investment is $3,000 for the Marketing Strategy and then $2,650 per month for 12 months.
